Trish is passionate about health and wellness! But it wasn’t always this way. It took her own struggles with body image, systemic candida and her son’s special needs to really get her fired up to help others claim their own life through whole foods and sustainable lifestyle choices. She is known as “The Soulful Nutritionist” and believes each of us has aunique blueprint…what works for one might not work for another. Guiding people to listen to their own body and trust themselves is trulyTrish’s calling. When working with Trish, she considers your age, overall health, activity level and personal preferences to determine your dietary needs.  Trish is a Certified Nutrition Consultant, Certified Holistic Health Coach and Transformational Life Coach, and has numerous fitness certifications. She knows that when the body, mind and spirit are truly connected one shines bright! She is grateful for her learning thru the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, where she was trained in more than one hundred dietary theories and avariety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. She believes everything is “food”. Healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity and a spiritual practice are essential forms of nourishment. In her free time she loves to run trails with her husband, play outdoors with her three children, cook, read and laugh with good friends & family.
