Miranda Mathewson is a Fitness Coach who is passionate about helping women overcome they rnegative self talk and learn how to love their bodies, their lives and themselves. She has been in the fitness industry since 1997 and has taught at a variety of gyms such as Bally Total Fitness, New York Sports Club, Equinox,  Lifetime Fitness to name a few. She currently lives in NJ with her husband and 2 little boys.
Her main focus as a Fitness Coach is to help you to build healthy habits that take your fitness and overall health to the next level. Taking this approach not only lasts a lifetime, but it’s so empowering that words can’t describe.
